Shipping policy

    Shipping Policy

Every piece is made to order by trusted production partners and shipped directly to you.

    Processing time
Orders are made and shipped within 4–7 business days. Custom or personalized items may take 15–20 business days.

    Shipping rates (US)

    • Mahjong mats: $14.95
    • Mahjong mat dust bags: $18.95
    • Notepads and score cards: $3
    • Free shipping on US orders of $150 or more

Because items ship from different partners, an order with more than one type of item may arrive in separate packages, and each type's shipping rate applies once per order.

    Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. Dust bags can also ship to Canada.

    Delivery times
Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Times are estimates and can run longer during the holidays.

    Holiday orders
Order by November 15 for Christmas delivery. Custom mats need a little extra time.
