Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds. Exchanges only.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions Exceptions Custom/personalized items, including monogrammed trays and custom mahjong mats, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please double-check your monogram initial, name, and spelling before you place your order, since each piece is made just for you. If we make an error on your order, contact us and we'll make it right.
Damages Contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
